Q5. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all methods of payment, dependent upon the service you have chosen.

e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, American Express, Paypal, Cheques and Bank Transfers.

Q6. How long does it take to design my website?

Obviously this depends upon the number of pages you need, how intricate you want your design to be, and how many designers we have available.  Though we have designed, created and uploaded many of our clients websites in as little as 24 hours.

Q7. Can you 'Re-design' my website and / or just add a few pages?

Yes, we would be glad to give your existing website a makeover, or even add a few new pages to it.  Once we know exactly what you would like us to do for you, we will be able to give you a definite quotation on the costs involved, BEFORE you commit yourself to using any of our services.

Q8. When will I have to make payment for my website design?

The answer to this is dependent upon the service you have chosen, though as a general rule we request 50% of the design fee up front, and the remaining 50% upon completion of the design. [Don't forget if we miss the timescale quoted, you won't have to pay!]

Q9. Is it safe to make payment by credit card online?

This is a very common question, so we would like to take the time to answer it fully.

All of our online credit card transactions are encrypted using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software. - What does that mean?

It means that you are probably safer giving your details on the internet via this software than you are by using your credit card in a restaurant on holiday or at home!  Remember, if you HAVE NOT authorized a transaction on your credit card, and providing the card is not lost, you are generally protected by the Visa / Mastercard logo etc., and therefore NOT liable for 'fraudulent use' by unauthorized individuals.

In other words the protection is the same whether it be online or off.  You should feel comfortable with using your cards both on and offline, providing encryption is used.  (Usually denoted by a padlock or a key on the website).

Q10. What happens when I register a domain name?

We will also add two graphics of your choice, plus a logo and up to one hundred words of text.  We also supply an email address for visitors to contact you, (via our website), should visitors want to be informed when your site goes live.

Q11. Are there any hidden costs in your prices?
